The last months of the Graduate Route are the most valuable and the most wasted. A structured plan turns them into leverage.
Map your options early
Sponsored employment, business-led routes and other categories each have different lead times. Some need six months of groundwork before an application is realistic.
Make your current role count
Where possible, move towards work that is skilled, evidenced and relevant to the route you intend to pursue. This strengthens both employability and any future application.
Have a decision date
Set a point at which you commit to a primary route and a backup. Ambiguity, not eligibility, is what usually runs the clock down.
